Russian Invitations

For travel to Russia, all travellers must have a visa and an official Letter of Invitation approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  Russian entry requirements state that a Letter of Invitation must be submitted in order to obtain a Russian visa.

To Obtain a Russian Invitation You Must:

  1. Passport. Provide a clear colour copy of your passport identification page.
  2. Invitation request form.  Fill out and sign the Russian Invitation request form and make a copy for your records.
  3. Mail the forms to CIBTvisas.  Send the colour copy of the passport identification page and request form to CIBTvisas.  We will begin processing your order as soon as we receive it and will provide you with an update on the status of your order.
