1. Passport

   The applicant's passport must:

   • Be valid for at least six months upon arrival 
   • Have at least two blank facing visa pages
   • Be free of covers

2. Photograph

   Alternatively, you may provide one colour, passport type photograph that meets the following strict criteria: be taken within the last three months against a white background and printed on high quality photo paper; be 35mm by 45mm in size; provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression. You may wear no headwear except for religious purposes. Your photograph should not be affixed to your application and may not display evidence of adhesive or staples.

3. Letter of Introduction

   You must provide an original Letter of Introduction from the applicant's Belgian employer. Be certain your letter meets the specific requirements of the consulate by using our Digital Introduction Letter Service. Visit https://cibtvisas.be/bcl-order to get started.

   Alternatively, please use the sample Letter of Introduction provided here and use the exact language and format provided in order to prevent a rejection and possible delays with your visa request.
   All Letters of Introduction  must be addressed to the Embassy. The address of the Embassy can be found here

   
   In addition to the language provided in the sample, your Letter of Introduction must:
   • Be signed in the original
   • Bear an original company stamp
     

4. Letter of Invitation

   A letter of invitation mentioning the name of the applicant, issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia.

5. Medical Insurance

   The Saudi Embassy requires all applications to be submitted with a medical insurance policy from an approved provider. CIBTvisas will obtain the medical insurance policy on your behalf when completing the visa registration procedure. Please complete the Saudi Medical Insurance Order Form which can be found within the CIBTvisas application pack. The Saudi Arabia Embassy applies a registration fee of €12 in addition to the cost of the policy for this process.
   

6. Saudi Arabia Registration

   The Embassy of Saudi Arabia does not allow applications to be made in person. You are requested to work with an approved agency, such as CIBTvisas. The Embassy requires that the agency fills out an online registration form for the applicant. The cost of this service is €50.00 + VAT which is included in the advertised fees below
   
   The registration form must be signed by the applicant. CIBTvisas will send the registration form to the applicant once all the required documents have been received. The applicant is required to sign the form, scan it and send it back to CIBTvisas

7. Visa Application Form

   One completed and signed application form is required. The form must:

   • Be completed in block capitals only
   • Be completed in black ink only

1. Eligibility and Documentation

   The Government of Saudi Arabia utilises an electronic visa issuance system which is the equivalent to a visa, but no stamp or label is placed in the passport.

   To be eligible the traveller must:

   • Hold a passport valid at least six months on entry with one blank visa page
   • Hold proof of sufficient funds
   • Hold proof of onward/return flights
   • Hold proof of hotel reservation
   • Hold all documents required for the next destination

   To complete the order form the traveller must provide:

   • A photograph
   • A copy of passport information page

2. Medical Insurance

   The government of Saudi Arabia requires all applications to be submitted with a medical insurance policy from an approved provider. The insurance must be issued by a Saudi-Arabian insurance company. CIBTvisas will obtain the medical insurance policy on your behalf when completing the eVisa registration procedure. The government of Saudi Arabia applies an insurance policy fee of SAR 180, which is included in the visa fee.

3. Visa Validity

   A Saudi Arabian eVisa is a multiple entry visa with a validity of 1 year and allow for stay of up to 90 days.

4. Children under the age of 18

   Applicants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a guardian.
