1. Visa May Not Be Required

   Visa exempt for up to 14 days. The traveller must:

   • Hold a passport valid at least six months on entry with one blank visa page
   • Hold proof of sufficient funds
   • Hold proof of onward/return airline tickets
   • Hold proof of hotel reservation
   • Hold proof of valid health insurance
   • Hold documents showing proof of purpose of trip
   • Hold all documents required for the next destination
   • Confirm with their airline that boarding will be permitted without a visa as these conditions are subject to change

   For stays of more than 14 days, a visa is required. The requirements can be found within the CIBTvisas application pack.

2. Eligibility and Documentation

   The Government of Oman utilises an electronic visa issuance system which is the equivalent to a visa, but no stamp or label is placed in the passport.

   To be eligible the traveller must:

   • Hold a passport valid at least six months on entry with one blank visa page
   • Hold proof of sufficient funds
   • Hold proof of onward/return flights
   • Hold proof of hotel reservation
   • Hold all documents required for the next destination

   To complete the order form the traveller must provide:

   • A photograph
   • A copy of the passport information page
